After our visit to the Barbican Library, we had free time to explore the surroundings of the City of London neighborhood. The good thing is that you can figure out where to go thanks to all the signage available.
We went to the Museum of London it was like walking through a living history of England from pre-historical up to contemporary times. What an amazing time. And the best part is free.
What a kitchen looked like during Roman Britain (Londinium from AD 50 to 410).
One of my favorite parts:
The Pleasures garden
Original costumes
Original artifacts from the Great Fire
St Giles Church:
What a beautiful place. We went inside and they have a used book store.
